Services
Four service lines that answer the market decision, and in-market execution once it is made.
Engagements are scoped one at a time. Most begin with a country-specific deep dive and expand into partner search or soft landing once the market decision is made. We do not sell retainers for work that does not need one.

Assess the market
- Market intelligence and sector analysis
Country and sector reports, competitive benchmarking, mapping of the players who actually control the channel.
- Regulatory and compliance
Local standards, certification routes, import and export procedure, legal structure and tax overview.

Find the counterparties
- Partner, client and supplier identification
Distributors, agents, clients and suppliers, with background checks and arranged B2B meetings.
- Go to market strategy
Entry route, distribution model, pricing and competitive positioning, argued against the alternatives.
Deliverables you can act on
Hard numbers with sources and dates. Named companies to approach and to avoid. A roadmap for months 1, 3, 6 and 12. No generic business culture observations, no unattributed market sizing.
Once the decision is made
Assessment is where almost every engagement starts, because those are the questions two senior people can answer properly and defend. Once a client has decided to enter, the work continues in-market: location studies against your operational requirements, soft landing with service provider introductions, industrial park access and meetings with authorities, events and delegations organised end to end, and sales and business development on the ground. Scoped case by case, not sold from a list.
How an engagement runs
- 01
Scoping call
Thirty minutes. The country, the sector, the decision and the deadline. Enough for us to tell you how the work would be scoped.
- 02
Proposal
Fixed scope, fixed fee, stated assumptions and a named deliverable. You see what we will and will not answer before you commit.
- 03
Research
Desk work sets the frame. In-country interviews, site visits and channel conversations produce the findings. Assumptions are validated locally before they reach the report.
- 04
Delivery
A written report and a working session. Numbers with sources, companies by name, a position taken, and a roadmap by months 1, 3, 6 and 12.
- 05
Execution
Optional. Partner search, soft landing, or on-the-ground representation once the decision is made.
Scope your engagement
Tell us the country, the sector and the decision. We will tell you whether it is a two-week question or a three-month one.
